Acupuncture/ dry needling helps with muscular aches and pain and is done by inserting fine needles in specific points to alleviate symptoms.

Conditions treated vary from acute to chronic musculoskeletal injury pains as well as repetitive strain or stress from postural demands. Please make sure you come to the appointment with underwear you feel comfortable undressing to or bring with you a pair of shorts with no metal parts or zips and a comfortable sports bra, preferably without metal clips.
